Opened Packets:

Please note that opened packets are not eligible for return. We take pride in delivering fresh and hygienic chai blends, and for quality assurance, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened.

Return Request Processing:

If you wish to return an unopened packet, please initiate a return request. Once your return request is confirmed, our team will schedule a pickup. Please allow a minimum of 3 days for the pickup to be arranged.

Required Documentation:

To facilitate the return process, we kindly request you to send a picture of the packet you intend to return. This helps us assess the condition of the product and ensures a smoother return experience.

Refund Settlement:

Upon successful collection of the returned packet, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund amount will be settled after deducting a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 100. This deduction helps cover the logistics involved in the return process.

The refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
